Guard compares the economic effects of retail campaigns using your product data and assumptions. It shows contribution, gross margin, stock limits, break-even conditions and required additional sales. It does not predict demand or guarantee profit. You decide whether to run a campaign. Current access does not include a permanent decision archive, actual-sales integration, Shopify connection or the future Trade product. Available copying and PDF features are described in the purchased package.

Product: Guard. The selected monthly or annual period, currency, net price, tax and total due are shown in the accompanying order summary and recorded in your accepted purchase copy. Access begins under the payment and period rules below. No physical delivery or delivery charge applies. The global English catalog is USD99 for one month or USD990 for one year. The Turkish catalog is TRY4900/49000 before VAT. These are independent fixed catalogs, not exchange-rate conversions. Your checkout states the actual tax and total; a foreign billing address does not by itself promise a legal tax exemption.

You make one payment for the selected period. There is no automatic renewal or further automatic charge. A later period requires a new purchase. Payment details are entered through the iyzico payment page, not sent to support. Access is granted only after the provider verifies payment and required account/email checks are complete. A pending or failed payment is not described as successful.

For your first paid Guard purchase, you may request a full refund of the total paid within 14 days of payment by writing to hello@parelivo.com. This additional policy covers the first monthly or annual purchase, not each later purchase. Statutory rights remain available. A completed refund ends only the access attached to that purchase; another valid access right remains intact. You may also use the seller’s postal address. No particular refund form is mandatory.

The consumer or business nature of a purchase depends on its actual purpose and applicable law, not simply an account label. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable withdrawal rights are not excluded. Any separate early-performance consent required for a particular transaction must be explained and obtained separately. Order-specific information and the accepted agreement are supplied in a form you can retain unchanged. The payment button clearly indicates a payment obligation. Marketing permission is optional and separate.
