PARELIVO · Retail decision tools.

See the numbers behind the decision.

Retail decisions rarely affect just one number. A discount changes what each sale leaves behind. Free shipping changes the economics of an order. Clearing stock means deciding how much contribution you are prepared to give up. Parelivo is being developed to make those relationships easier to see. Our aim is to give retailers a clear basis for evaluating commercial decisions using their own data and explicit assumptions.

Your experience belongs in the decision

You know your customers, your products and the conditions your business operates in. You decide which products take part, which costs apply and what you want to achieve.

Parelivo brings those inputs into a consistent calculation framework. It helps you compare alternatives on the same basis, identify the assumptions that change the result, and check the financial limits of a plan. Commercial judgement and the final decision stay with you.

Calculate. Compare. Decide. Learn.

  1. Calculate

Start with the question in front of you. How would a discount, free-shipping offer or coupon affect current contribution? What would it take to maintain it?

  2. Compare

Assess alternatives using the same products, costs and assumptions. Look beyond the headline discount to the additional sales required and the limits of your stock.

  3. Decide

Read the results alongside your commercial priorities. Decide when to proceed, what to revise and which assumption needs checking.

  4. Learn

Revisit your assumptions after putting the decision into practice. Use the gap between expectations and experience to inform the next decision. This describes our approach, not a current feature for automatically comparing plans with actual results or keeping a permanent decision history.

What Parelivo does today

Three free tools address individual questions about promotion profitability, free-shipping thresholds and coupon economics. Guard helps you compare up to three campaign alternatives using your own product, cost and stock data across low, base and high sales scenarios.

These scenarios reflect your assumptions. They are not demand or sales forecasts. Contribution is the amount left after the product and order/campaign costs included in the calculation. It is not net profit after every business expense.

Parelivo does not automatically choose the “best campaign” or replace an ERP, accounting system or live business intelligence platform. Results depend on the accuracy of your inputs and the scope of the calculation.
